A referral service, plainly explained
Tree Removal Central Coast is a referral website. We do not run our own crews. When you call (02) 4307 6753 or send the form, your enquiry is passed to an independent local tree contractor who works in your part of the coast. That contractor visits, looks at the tree and the site, and gives you a written quote. If you go ahead, your agreement is with the contractor.
We set the site up this way because tree work on the Central Coast varies so much from one street to the next. A flat, sandy block on the peninsula, a steep hillside above the beach and a rural lot in the northern valleys each need a different approach, and local contractors know their patch.
What we ask of the contractors we work with
- A site visit before a price. No quoting a large tree from a photo alone.
- A written quote that says what is being cut, how, what happens to the stump and whether the wood leaves the property.
- Approvals raised early. Central Coast Council rules and the NSW 10/50 entitlement should be checked before work is booked.
- The right paperwork. We ask the contractors we work with to hold the licences and insurance the job needs. Ask to see them before work starts.
- Proper cuts. Pruning and lopping back to sound points, not stubs.
- A clean finish. Branches chipped, wood dealt with as agreed, and the yard raked.
What we cover
Tree removal, tree lopping, pruning, stump grinding and storm clean-ups across Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Kincumber, Woy Woy, Lisarow, Wyong, Tuggerah, The Entrance and Toukley.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice about whether a tree can be removed. We point you to the rules and the people who decide: Central Coast Council and, for bushfire clearing, the NSW Rural Fire Service. Our 10/50 guide and FAQ are a starting point.
